This book is a journal of a woman with depression through her memory and eight years experience of treating her mental illness and battling the understanding of her own mind, thoughts, and feelings. After she recovered, she decided to write this book as an example for others to help them understand and better interact with someone who has depression. Included are easy-to-read health tips and Q&A with a psychiatrist.
Daodiaodai has written children’s books, short stories, screenplays, and documentary. Her documentary book, Tales from the Tip of the Iceberg, has won two awards and an honorable mention. It has raised awareness and sparked vital discussions on mental health issues in Thailand.
